This light, crisp zing is the perfect introduction to a night of flavor exploration.
1st Course:
Aguachile
Poached Mexican White shrimp marinated with zesty chiles serranos, cilantro, fresh lime, onions and cucumbers. Served with two tostaditas and garnished with fresh cilantro
2nd Course:
Birria Street Taco garnished with a Chicharron
Tender Beef Birria slowly cooked in our special salsa then served in two corn tortillas with melted jack cheese topped with chopped onion, cilantro and chicharon. Served with Mexican rice, refried beans, fresh limes and a side of red birria salsa.
3rd Course:
Spicy Chile Campana
Two stuffed red bell peppers, one with sautéed shrimp, serrano chiles, and salsa verde and another with grilled chicken, chiles and Diablo salsa. Both topped with jack cheese then baked. Served with Mexican rice, refried beans and your choice of flour or corn tortillas.
